HOW CAN I BECOME A STOCKIST OF J. LOWERY?

HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?

All domestic orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation. Upon shipment, please allow anywhere from 5-7 business days to
receive your bag.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We will gladly accept unworn/unused items for return or exchange within 14 days from the time of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition to be accepted. This includes all original packaging & inserts, attachments, hardware, and dust bag. Returns
that are damaged or differ from their original form, unfortunately, will not be accepted.

HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any full-priced items purchased after November 14 will be eligible for an extended holiday return exchange courtesy period. These purchases will be eligible for return or exchange until the deadline of January 14, 2022.

To request a return or exchange simply email hello@shopjlowery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your full name and order number. We will follow up with your next steps. **Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your overall refund amount.**

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
Due to the uncertain nature of shipping this holiday season, we suggest you please attempt to checkout for all your holiday purchases well before the below suggested dates. Just to ensure an overall pleasant, hassle free experience. These timeframes are provided, to the best of their ability, through the carrier service themselves but are not guaranteed.
The 2021-2022 Holiday Shipping Deadlines are as follows: 
GROUND: December 15
2ND DAY: December 22
NEXT DAY: December 23

WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?

We value your satisfaction and will do what we can to ensure the longevity of your
J. LOWERY item. We offer a 12-month warranty for any manufacturing defects on items purchased on shopjlowery.com.

Manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To submit for review, please contact us at hello@shopjlowery.com with your name, order number, and photos of the defective item. Once you have submitted your claim, we will advise you with the next steps.

J. LOWERY reserves the right to consider each repair claim individually and accept only those that fall under the Repair Policy coverage.

Should we approve your repair, we will cover the full cost. If your item is unrepairable, we will replace your item and cover the shipping cost. Kindly note, our warranty does not cover external damage from typical wear and tear (ie. water damage, scratching, scuffing, tonal variations, etc.).

Please allow 4-6 weeks for repairs.
