We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items in their original condition within 14 days of order delivery.
Items’ ‘original condition’ includes all of their original packaging and insert pieces, attachments, hardware, and dust bag. Damaged items or items missing any original components unfortunately cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, simply email returns@shopjlowery.com within 14 days of order delivery. Please include your full name and order number with your message, and we’ll follow up with your next steps.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be deducted from your total refund.
HOLIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any full-priced items purchased after November 18 will be eligible for an extended holiday return exchange courtesy period. These purchases will be eligible for return or exchange until the deadline of January 8, 2023.
** Any bags purchased during Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday or other holiday sales / promotions are eligible for exchange only, NO RETURNS. Incentives or discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and cannot be applied to previous purchases. **
