What are you most excited for in 2021?
NBM: We grew a lot in 2020, we weren’t prepared for and we’re always playing catch up. 2021 we have been much more prepared and I can’t wait to see where that takes us.
From her most recent collaboration with fellow, female-founded, powerhouse brand Dondolo. Shop the Nicola Bathie x Dondolo collaboration here.
Simple, yet powerful advice for aspiring female entrepreneurs?
NBM: Find what drives you, not drives someone else.
In what ways has motherhood changed the way you lead your business?
NBM: Motherhood added a decisive element of being an entrepreneur, what’s worth the time and what’s not. Once I had children I found there was a lot I was saying yes to that wasn’t worth my me/work time, there was plenty that didn’t fulfill me or that time and that there are very polite ways to say no.
Aside from a thriving jewelry line, Nicola serves as a personal style inspiration for many. Nicola was nominated for the 2021 LTK (@liketoknow.it) Awards for feminine details in fashion.
